Education & Experience House Check Inc was established in 1987 as a full-time home inspection company and has performed over 5000 inspections in the Chicago area. Our inspectors are certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), a national organization whose purpose is to promote excellence within the home inspection industry. House Check inspectors are highly trained through the Inspection Training Associates (ITA) and American Home Inspectors Training Institute. In addition, all inspectors actively participate in on-going training seminars through ASHI. All inspections meet or exceed ASHI Standards of practice and Code of Ethics.
