House Check performs home inspections 7 days per week with as little as 24-hour notice. We have offices in Chicago and the northwest suburbs. Inspections for single-family homes start at $280 and condos at $220. Radon testing is performed at an additional fee. We accept payment in Cash, Personal Check or Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard).

Our inspection covers everything from the basement to the roof (approximately 1500 components are examined). In addition, we perform tests for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. The average inspection takes 2 to 3 hours, and upon completion, we provide our client with a 40 page, detailed, comprehensive written report on everything we have inspected. We encourage the client to be present during the inspection and to call us with questions whether it is the next day or a year later.
